Overview
Upon your arrival in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel, where you can settle in before embarking on a city tour. You will visit the National History Museum, offering a glimpse into Mongoliaโs rich cultural heritage, and explore Gandan Monastery, one of the most important religious sites in the country. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner, marking the start of your adventure, followed by an overnight stay at the hotel.
The next day, after breakfast, you will travel to the Chinggis Khaan Statue Complex, located 55 km from Ulaanbaatar. This impressive monument pays tribute to Mongoliaโs greatest leader. After visiting the site, continue the journey to Terelj National Park, a stunning natural area located about 30 km away. After lunch, you will proceed to the starting point of your dog sledding trip. Following a brief instruction session, you will take a one-hour warm-up dog sledding journey through the frozen river, experiencing the thrill of this traditional mode of travel. You will stay overnight in a Ger Camp.
The following day, after breakfast, you will embark on a full day of dog sledding, traveling through the frozen river and steppe. This exhilarating experience allows you to connect with nature and witness the beauty of Mongoliaโs winter landscapes. After a day of sledding, you will return to the Ger Camp for dinner and a restful overnight stay.
On the fourth day, after breakfast, you will visit some of the area’s famous landmarks, including the Turtle Shaped Rock and the Ariyabal Temple, both offering breathtaking views and cultural significance. Following the visit, you will travel to Mongol Nomadic Ger Camp, a 130 km journey that takes approximately three hours. Upon arrival, you will visit a nomadic family and immerse yourself in the traditional Mongolian lifestyle, learning about their culture, customs, and way of life. You will stay overnight in a Ger Camp, enjoying the warmth of Mongolian hospitality.
After breakfast on the fifth day, you will depart for Ulaanbaatar, a 50 km journey back to the city. The afternoon will be dedicated to shopping in Ulaanbaatar, where you can explore local markets and shops for unique souvenirs. In the evening, you will attend a farewell dinner, celebrating the end of your adventure, before spending the night at the hotel.
On the final day, after breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your departure, bringing your unforgettable dog sledding journey through the steppe of Mongolia to a close.

Day 1: Arrival Ulaanbaatar (Dinner)
- Arrival in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
- Transfer to hotel.
- Proceed to city sightseeing to visit National History Museum and explore Gandan Monastery.
- Welcome dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 2: Travel to Terelj National Park (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
- Breakfast and travel to Chinggis Khaan Statue Complex, located 55 km from Ulaanbaatar.
- Visit the site and continue drive to Terelj National Park, approximately 30 km away.
- After lunch you will be taken to the start point of Dog sledding trip.
- After the instruction, take one hour warm up dog sled through the frozen river.
- Stay overnight in Ger Camp.
Day 3: Dog sledding (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
- Breakfast and start the day for Dog sledding trip through the river and steppe.
- Lunch and late afternoon move to Ger Camp.
- Overnight stay in Ger Camp.
Day 4: Travel to Mongol Nomadic (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
- Breakfast and visit landmark of the area, a turtle shaped rock and Ariyabal temple.
- Travel to Mongol Nomadic Ger camp for 130kms about 3hours.
- Visit a nomadic family and learn about traditional lifestyle and culture.
- Stay overnight in Ger camp.
Day 5: Travel to Ulaanbaatar (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
- Breakfast and drive to Ulaanbaatar for 50kms.

- Attend a farewell dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 6: Departure (Breakfast)
