Kuching, the capital of Sarawak, Malaysia, is a charming city known for its rich history and diverse culture. Situated along the Sarawak River, it features a lively waterfront, colonial architecture, and attractions like the Sarawak Museum and Fort Margherita. Kuching serves as a gateway to natural wonders such as Bako National Park and Semenggoh Wildlife Centre. Its vibrant markets, cat-themed landmarks, and blend of modern and traditional elements make it a unique and welcoming destination.

Itinerary
Day 1 Arrive Kuching – Kuching City tour
- Meet upon arrival at Kuching International Airport, meet and greet by our personnel then transfer to your choice of accommodation (early check-in is subject to availability).
- Afternoon, proceed to Kuching City Tour.
- Kuching is the capital city of Sarawak. Experience the beauty of a multi-racial community and see places of interest and the essential part of Kuching includes the building of the White Rajahs: Colonial Court House, Clock Tower, Charles Brooke Memorial, Square Tower, bustling Chinatown and Chinese Temple. Enjoy scenic views of Sarawak State Legislative Building, The Astana, Fort Margherita and the Malay Village across the river from the Kuching Waterfront.
- Visit the Main Bazaar, the oldest street in the city and the heart of old Kuching.
- After tour complete, back to hotel.
Day 2 Sarawak Cultural Village – Semenggoh Wildlife Centre (Breakfast)
- Breakfast at the hotel. 0900hrs Meet at hotel lobby.
- Visit to Sarawak Cultural Village to learn all about the 7 replicas of Sarawak major ethnical traditional houses: Chinese Farm House, Malay Stilted House, Melanau Tall House, Penan Hut and longhouses of the Bidayuh, Iban and Orang Ulu.
- Then proceed to the village’s theatre to witness cultural dance presentation.
- 1400hrs Resume tour to Semenggoh Wildlife Centre.
- Walk through the jungle trail and look out for semi-wild Orang Utan in their natural habitat-an amazing experience to meet wild man of Borneo!
- On the way back to Kuching, stop at Sarawak Pottery Factory to buy souvenir and gift.
- After tour complete, return to hotel.
Day 3 Bako National Park Daytrip – Sea Stack (Breakfast/Lunch)
- Breakfast at hotel.
- 0800hrs Meet at hotel lobby and depart for Bako National Park, the oldest national park which offers the perfect introduction of Sarawak Forest and wildlife.
- It can be reached by 30-minute drive and followed by 30 minutes boat ride.
- The park has on area of 16sq km of primary forest with abundance of botanical treasure making of 25 types of vegetation.
- Amongst this plant life is the strange carnivorous pitcher plant. Bako’s mangrove forest is home to the proboscis monkeys, only found in Borneo.
- Some species like the long-tailed macaques, silver leaf monkey, monitor lizards and bearded pig can easily see.
- Take a jungle trekking to park trails. Lunch at park canteen.
- After tour complete, return to hotel.
Day 4 Departure (Breakfast)

- transfer to the Kuching International Airport.

- This is only a quotation. No reservation has been made until we receive your written acceptance of the quotation and deposit to secure the quotation rates.
- Price is subject to any surcharge including peak season surcharge / weekend / public holiday surcharge.
- Confirmation is subject to availability of both hotels / land transfer arrangements.
- Deposit of 50% is required upon booking confirmation and final payment to be paid in full one month before arrival.
- Change of travel date is allowed and must be made 2 weeks prior to check-in date and is subject to room availability.
- Cancellation procedure:
- Travel arrangements for any member of the party may be cancelled at any time by written notice by the person who made the booking.
- Please note the following:
- If full payment is not received one month prior to arrival date, Star Travel has the right to cancel your reservation. Star Travel will not be responsible for lost reservations.
- If a person in a party cancels and there is a room change caused by this cancellation (such as Twin to Single), charges for the new room type will be the responsibility of the remaining party.
