Itinerary
Day 1 Kota Kinabalu – Rumah Terbalik – Jambatan Tamparuli – Pekan Nabalu – Kundasang (Dinner)
- Upon arrival at KKIA, meet and greet and transfer approximately 2hrs drive to Kundasang.
- En-route stop at “Rumah Terbalik (which translates to “Upside Down House”), turn your wold upside down when you visit this unique house in Tamparuli – literally! The first of its kind in Southeast Asia and among the five upside down structures in the world. (3 are found in Europe and another in Japan) another stop at Jambatan Tamparuli, Pekan Nabalu, Kinabalu Park the World Heritage Site with incredible mega bio
diversity of flora and fauna, a heaven for nature enthusiasts. - Enjoy a guided nature trail amongst the many trails in the park before drop off at your hotel in Kundasang for dinner and overnight
- Overnight at Kinabalu Pine Resort (or similar)
day 2 Kundasang – Poring Hotspring – Desa Farm – Kota Kinabalu (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
- After breakfast check out and transfer to Hot Spring tour which offers visitor the opportunity for an invigorating dip into its hot sulphur springs. For a closer look at nature, take the 41m high canopy walk which offers a spectacular view of the Borneo Rainforest flora and fauna.
- Depart from Poring to Desa Dairy Farm – located at the foothill of Mt.Kinabalu, at the mesilau plateau, Kundasang, Ranau.
- Desa Dairy Farm provides good education to understand how fresh milk is being processed from raw to finish product.
- Return to Kundasang and journey back to Kota Kinabalu.
- Evening, transfer for dinner at a local restaurant.
- Overnight at city hotel/resort
Day 3 Shopping Mall – Fund Seng Seafood – Handicraft Market (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
- After breakfast, pick up from hotel lobby and start your day with a visit to some of the largest and popular shopping malls in Kota Kinabalu.
- Later, continue the day to Fung Seng Seafood – one of the quality suppliers for fresh frozen seafood in Malaysia, offering a wide range of seafood such as Humpback Seabass, Red Grouper, Tiger Prawn, lobster, scallop, sea cucumber and other frozen seafood.
- Lunch at a local nearby restaurant before transfer to the famous handicraft market in the heart of Kota Kinabalu city.
- Start with the cheap trinkets, which make excellent gifts for friends and
family. - These include keychains, beaded bracelets and necklaces and bookmarks. You will be spoilt for choice with miles and miles of beautiful sarongs and pareos, an ideal reminder of your tropical holiday in Sabah! Be sure to check out the glistening and gorgeous pearl jewellery and handicrafts.
- You can purchase loose pearls or stunning brooches, necklaces and earrings, available at almost every stall you visit in this vast market.
- In the evening, transfer to a local restaurant for dinner.

- Confirmation is subject to availability of both hotels / land transfer arrangements.
- Deposit of 50% is required upon booking confirmation and final payment to be paid in full one month before arrival.
- Change of travel date is allowed and must be made 2 weeks prior to check-in date and is subject to room availability.
- Cancellation procedure:
- Travel arrangements for any member of the party may be cancelled at any time by written notice by the person who made the booking.
- Please note the following:
- If full payment is not received one month prior to arrival date, Star Travel has the right to cancel your reservation. Star Travel will not be responsible for lost reservations.
- If a person in a party cancels and there is a room change caused by this cancellation (such as Twin to Single), charges for the new room type will be the responsibility of the remaining party.
